The last time I replaced the paddles, they were thinner than original equipment and didn't seem to last as long. The ones I just bought at Amazon were thicker like the originals. This is both good and bad. Hopefully, they will last longer but greater thickness means they don't slide into the grooves easily. For someone more handy than I am, this may not be a problem but I had to apply silicone and then pound them into place so the holes would line up. Even then, it was a struggle.

Not having used a snow blower very much, I don't know the service life of these rubber blades. I do know that they are about a third the price of OEM so they seem like a good compromise. After receiving them, they appear to be slightly less durable than the originals but whether or not that affects the life of the blades only time will tell.
