If you like to service and maintain your bike yourself, then this is a great investment. It has lots of pictures which make understanding the text much easier. After spending half an hour flicking through the pages my knowledge of my bike doubled. I was supprised at how far it goes in explaining various parts of the bike.

If you can read, and if you know a combination wrench from a torque wrench, you can use this manual. It provides step-by-step instructions, and plenty of photographs. If certain repairs are best done by a professional, the reader is strongly urged to take the unit to an expert.

I am a woman, and just learning about things mechanical. But, was easily able to remove and replace a worn-out starter on my 300 FourTrax by follwing the instructions in this book!
