I just LOVE "Honest Earth All Natural Mashed Potaotes", ALL of them! They are absolutly the BEST instant mash ever with nothing but potatoes in them.
They are very difficult to locate and I have no idea why. I used to find them at CostCo and Safeway, neither place carries them and now Amazon is out of them too!

Not only are these mashed potatoes made with good ingredients, they are the best mashed potatoes our family has ever had. They are better than real mashed potatoes.

I had previously stated that this product is organic, which it is not. My apologies! But it is the best I have found so far. Have not been able to find anything organic in the plain variety.

Honestly Good
I love their potatoes, they taste great using goats milk and un-pasteurized milk as well. They aren't too salty at all, and are great for backpacking.

Most instant potatoes contain sulfites. Actually a lot of white things are sulfited to keep them from browning. Sometimes there are artificial flavors too. Read more
