Shade on Me,
By A Customer
This review is from: Honey Baby (Audio CD)
"Honey Baby" draws on a host of influences from reggae and rap to traditional Hawaiian. Three Plus has a range which spans these influences with sensual delight. From Shade on Me, an amazing piece of blues cast in an island beat, to the lyric Hawaiian in Drivin' Me Pupule.... ya gotta move, ya gotta dance.I first heard the song Honey Baby on the local radio station as I pulled my rental car onto the seventeen mile beach at Polihale State Park on Kauai. I still listen everyday... I hope Three Plus does another one soon..

One of the best reggae albums I've ever heard,
By Dunefan (placentia, CA) - See all my reviews

The voices and harmonies are so good and the music so peaceful it will sooth your soul. There are also a few upbeat tunes as well. If you like smooth reggae music, this is the album for you. No politicial messages, or songs about hard times. Mainly love songs written by 3 300 plus pound hawaiian young men infatuated with the local island ladies and who love island life.

BEST LOCAL CD IN A LONG TIME,
By Haaaaawaaiin (Issaquah, WA USA) - See all my reviews

This CD is so beautifully arranged with thier own unique style! I've had it since it came out and listen to it over and over, still no where near being played out. The sounds are sooo soothing and makes you feel good anytime of the day. Just what "feel good hawaiian music" is all about. Every song on this CD will have you singing. With songs like "Don't have to think twice and "Island woman", close your eyes and let the music take you strait back home! This CD drives me absolutely Pupule. Definately the best CD I have. A hui hou, from Seattle!

Three Plus has an enthusiastic way of bringing Hawaiians and all bradas and sistahs together! Every song on the album is unique and makes you want to move and dance wherever you are; at home, in your car, with friends, alone, whatever! Buy this CD: Trust me, you will be feeling like it's always a TWO PERSON PARTY!

My cousin who lives in Lahaina recommended this CD. And I listen to it all the time. Especially when I need a little piece of Hawaiian Heavan. It is so smooth. I can't wait to hear more from this awesome group. Aloha!!!

Three Plus is great! The cd is the bomb! I listen to it every day. Well anyways, their music just makes you wanna get up and dance. Their music is a mix between Hawaiian and Reggae. I guess what I'm trying to say is you should just buy the cd and find out for yourself. Some songs that I really love are Honey Baby and Two Person Party. Well I hope you like the cd and have lots of fun. (much love to three plus!) ALOHA!

Love This CD,

My husband got me this CD (while he was still my boyfriend) and I simply simply couldn't stop playing it. I loved it so much I had them play Three Plus music at our wedding in Manila and everyone seemed to have loved the song Honey Baby (one of our theme songs)and Drving Me Pupule. I play the CD at work here in Singapore and clients always look at the cover and ask me where they can get it. If you're thinking of buying it... Just get it. It's so worth it :)
