This is the ultimate in cheapness. Flimsy construction. Easily jams when opening and closing. Plastic top with the CHEAPEST ironing board cover which when I tried to close to make the cover snug on the board, the cord was broken and while pulling out the string the stitching came unraveled. How anybody could give this a 5 star rating is beyond me. They are either blind or on drugs. One look will tell you right away how cheap this thing is. I would be better off buying the cheapest board at Walmart. My recommendation; Give it a miss.

The company that makes this board read my review and tried to get me to change the review as they considered my review too harsh. If they made a quality product to begin with then I would not need to make a bad review!

Don't purchase this iron board, as the board is very cheaply made. The board can't even stand parallel to the ground, due to poorly manufatured legs. While I was using this iron board, I was afraid that the iron will fall off from the board.

The board arrived in a very wobbly condition. It is very unstable and not worth the money I paid!

So flimsy, that it broke its legs when I gently opened it for the first time. I think that Amazon should not sell this item anymore!

its a good sturdy iron board. Big enough to iron sheets both fitted and flat... has a lock systems that makes clearing the ironing area easy. Good purchase. The padding on top is good for now... but over some time, it may need another layer.

there wasn't much choice available when i bought this, but its not required either... it works well...

The print on the fabric is a little colorful and graphic... looks like a surf board actually... that's more of a personal preferance

I gave it 4 stars because the board is actually plastic. But that shouldn't matter unless you use a lot of pressure when ironing. I don't, so don't imagine it'll be a problem. It opens and closes easily, and the iron rest is a nice addition that can be stowed easily. This was the cheapest T-leg board I could find, and I'm pleased with the quality.

I did change the board cover and pad right away though. I did so on advice from these reviews, and I think it was a good call. The silicone cover I got is nicer than the cloth one, and the new pad is thicker too. I'd recommend others do the same, but then you're looking at an additional $10. Well worth it for me.

Granted, it's been over 10 years since I bought my last ironing board. However, even with the cost of inflation, I can't fathom paying over $35 for a board.

That said, here's what I noticed during my first use:

-The board moves around a lot, on my linoleum floor. There isn't a lot of weight to it. Here's why: I took off the padding and the cover, and discovered that the ironing surface of the board, is all plastic. Additionally, the legs seem to be made of a thinner metal, than my older board. I would recommend using the board on carpet/rugs.

-Clothing gets 'snagged' on the cover. As I put my clothing on the board, and moved it around as I ironed, I noticed that it kept sticking to the board. I would definitely recommend buying another cover, and buying additional padding. The padding on the board is pretty flimsy.

I am pleased with my purchase. It's a pretty good value, especially considering that it was $30.

This works fine for me. It's quite sturdy (but if i tried hard enough I could probably assemble it myself without help), it has a place to put the iron, it's wide enough to be comfortable, and the height is adjustable.

Works way better for me than using the dinner table!

i loved the board its just the right size its not too small and its not huge so i can get everything done and still be able to hang on the back of my door and i wasn't expecting the locking leggs my old one used to open up on me if i held it wrong and with this one the legs won't come down until you press the release lever.

I think this i-board is a good buy, seems sturdy enough.

Also, you get it at your doorstep, you don't have to buy one and transport it in your nice car scuffing the leather!

Shipped fast as well.. Good job AMZN, i will buy more stock.

4 stars only bcos its new, will upgrade to 5 if the board holds up.
