4.0 out of 5 stars Assembly
I really like this cart. It folds reasonably flat for storage and has a nice spacious basket. My criticism echoes that of others here: the rear wheels do not come assembled and there are no assembly instructions. I am not inexperienced with things like this, so I thought it would be no problem to figure it out, but with an axle, 4 pins of two different sizes, two...

2.0 out of 5 stars The wheels came off on my second use
Noting from previous reviews that there were no instructions for assembly, I had my Super (a very mechanically inclined individual) assist me in putting together this cart. The first time I used it I had absolutely no problems. I used it for the second time today and by the time I arrived at my destination 7 minutes later, the hasp pins had broken, the caps had flown...

I really like this cart. It folds reasonably flat for storage and has a nice spacious basket. My criticism echoes that of others here: the rear wheels do not come assembled and there are no assembly instructions. I am not inexperienced with things like this, so I thought it would be no problem to figure it out, but with an axle, 4 pins of two different sizes, two springs, six washers and 2 wheel caps...I think you need to spell things out a little more clearly. Even a simple line illustration on the label would do the trick, so what is the difficulty? Failing all else, a photo of the rear wheels as they should be assembled would do the trick.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can do cart, April 25, 2010

Very well built and sturdy. Although there were no instructions on how to assemble the rear wheels, once I laid the pieces out, it was simple to understand and easy to install. I am very pleased.

5.0 out of 5 stars MOST STURDY CART EVER!, July 8, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this cart during my first year of college after the OTHER one I bought fell apart when I pulled it on to the curb, and the wheel broke. This one is very spacious and folds up pretty easily. I would buy a liner, though, if you intend to buy groceries with it. I bought this one, which works pretty well and fits perfectly, but one of the little velcro clasps DID break on it (I think I might have pulled it too hard, though). http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GUR9Y4/ref=oss_product

Noting from previous reviews that there were no instructions for assembly, I had my Super (a very mechanically inclined individual) assist me in putting together this cart. The first time I used it I had absolutely no problems. I used it for the second time today and by the time I arrived at my destination 7 minutes later, the hasp pins had broken, the caps had flown off and the wheels were wobbling precariously. What a waste of $30.

3.0 out of 5 stars assembly, October 22, 2009

The cart arrived assembled, except for the rear wheels. No problem had there been assembly directions. I thought I had figured it out, but after a few minutes, the rear wheels came off. I had to recruit some help to figure out how to get the wheels on.

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent piece of utility, June 11, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Works great to move all the heavy grocery from car to the apartment, especially since I recently had a surgery and was advised not lift much. Also goes thru easily on the ladders when pulled on the 2 back wheels. Only problem is that the front wheel are not caster type, meaning they dont go left and right as you move, making it difficult to make left and right turns. I found a way to make that easy though, Just pull the handle and let it run on the 2 back big wheels when any turns are needed, works fine then. Also unlike many reviews below, I recieved complete instructions with photos and list of parts included to assemble the back wheels. Maybe they just started sending it, but hey .. I got it and it was very easy to assemble.

it is big and can hold a lot of shopping; however it is not very stable when full due to its very small front wheels

This moves very well and is easy to pull. The amount of groceries I can cart is just right and so much easier than carrying bags.

3.0 out of 5 stars You pay for what you'll get, February 23, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This cart came in kind of a bad condition, I don't know if it's because of the shipping or what. One of the ends at the bottom was bent, I had to use pliers to punch it back. It was also rusty and smelly. Then I figured out how to assemble it by myself (no instructions included in the package). After that, I rolled it around in my apartment, it feels a little shaky, I'm not sure if I'm going to put a tons of stuff in it, cause it might just break like some other comments said.
But this is the cheapest it can go for the cart+shipping, I think it's worth it to give this a try.

I have left my former review below. It only lasted a few weeks and then the axle broke! Not good and it was in reality just to flimsy I have gotten another cart, which seems to be much stronger although a bit more money. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CF01R4/ref=oss_product which is listed as, Jumbo Shopping Cart With Matching Liner - Black /Cart Size: 41.75"h x 24"w x 21"d and it seems to be MUCH better in all ways!

I anxiously awaited this item since I have moved to a place where it is needed (no garage) it was difficult for me to assemble. However, a friend with good mechanical ability helped and it seems to work quite well. It would have been a five star except that the handle is just a tad short for me so when I wheel it I am in a slight stoop.l
