If you have a small pantry or a lot of shoes, I would recommend it!
If you are not a small child or trying to store incredible insignificant shoes, this is worthless. I should have realized since the picture doesn't show any real shoes in it. If my shoes were that small I would have no problem storing them.

MY SOLUTION (see video to view what the finished product looks like):
I threw the hooks away! I bought command cord bundlers Command 17304 Cord Bundlers and zip ties. The shoe rack is the perfect width for one of the hallway walls in my apt so I used painters tape to make a straight line at the height I wanted it to hang. On the tape I marked where each of the holes were on the rack. Directly below these marks I carefully applied the command bundlers. The tape helps ensure that the rack will hang evenly and then you can peel the tape away easily when you are done. Then I put the zip ties through the holes on the shoe rack leaving them in long loops. Then I placed the loops in the command cord bundlers. the zip ties are essential since you can't slip the cord bundlers through the shoe rack holes. It is also useful because you can use the zip ties to shorten one side if the shoe rack is hanging more to one side. My shoe rack has been hanging by two cord bundlers for over a month with no problems but I plan to eventually put a third one in the middle hole to help bear the weight of my shoe rack and ensure it will not fall down. Best of all the command strips do not leave any marks or damage paint should you need to remove them!
The good: I never had a problem fitting shoes into the rack.
The product is sewn together - not glued.
The plastic sheeting did not tear - at the top or in the shoe area.
The bad: I can tell that the panels are sewn on because they are falling off.
Because it has torn, it no longer holds my shoes.
The ugly: The attachment rods at the top have permanently damaged my door.
The skinny: It is time to replace it and I will be going with a different brand.

I use this to store my spray paint in my outdoor utility closet. Works great. Only thing is if the door is too thick the clips will not fit .Published 2 days ago by Sandydee

I'm using it to hold craft supplies - works perfectly
The shoe holders are far too small for anything but children's shoes. Not at all what I expected.Published 3 days ago by Lucas Lohr
It does the job. But I am disappointed in the fabric. Super cheap. I wanted a fabric that was semi water resistant because I keep liquid and medicines in the pockets not shoes. Read morePublished 5 days ago by Amazon Customer
