The IPCAM-WO is Honeywell's solution for integrating outdoor video with their Total Connect service. This is the only outdoor option that they offer (unless you want to get analog cameras and a converter). The camera itself is heavier than I expected and it feels very solid and high quality. The mount is ok, but it could be more adjustable in terms of the variability of the angle. The night vision capability is better than I expected - it's black and white but fairly clear. You can see at least 20 feet even with the most minimal illumination.

Once you have the camera sensitivity dialed in; the total connect video solution is very easy to use and pull up recorded video clips. Now that Honeywell allows 1gb of video storage per customer, you can have hundreds or possibly even thousands of video clips saved in the cloud before they are overwritten (first in first out). You can even have the video clips emailed to you if you desire based upon a schedule or certain events. The video clips are available to view almost immediately after they are captured (within 1 minute). I use ethernet connectivity for all of my cameras, so I cannot comment on the wireless capability.

The limitation of this solution is that it can only record 10 seconds of video at a time, there is no audio capability, you can only have a max of 6 ipcams, and the quality of the video is limited to standard definition resolution.

Honeywell is overdue on overhauling their video line to have ipcams with HD resolution. Also they should add the capability for the cameras to record more than 10 seconds at a time.

Overall - with all things considered four stars.

A must if you using the Honeywell Tuxedo. Picture quality is acceptable and camera itself is very durable. The only problem is if you use WIFI and change your router settings, camera configuration must be reestablished through a wired connection again.

I have three of these cameras which worked well at the beginning. After a few months the cameras began dropping their connection to my router which meant either asking my installer to come out and reboot them or reconfirure them. Each time they got up and running they only operated for a few days then dropped off again. Very expensive for something so unreliable. Also very hard to adjust the sensitivity - you either get too many videos of non-events or you miss something you should have received.

If I could give zero stars I would. These cameras are the worst! I install Honeywell/Ademco alarm products and I love them all... except for the cameras. The wireless range on them is a joke, and they hardly ever work.
