The unit itself worked alright, but the o-ring on the tank was very problematic. I had to constantly adjust and readjust the o-ring to get a proper seal and not leak on the carpet. The unit finally cracked and is useless.

I set up this unit and the water immediately ran out all over the carpet. I called Honeywell and they told me the tank was cracked. They mailed me a new one which took two weeks to get to me. I tried the new tank, outside this time, and the same thing happened. I called and they said I would have to ship the motor back at my expense to get a new one. I now have a very expensive doorstop.
