Received the controller within two days, packaging was very secure. Was replacing a 30+ year old Honeywll that had failed. The new one, although slightly different, was a direct replacement mechanically and electrically.Excellent service, and good product

Expedited order received next day from local company. After initial installation furnace failed to operate. Could not find problem with new unit or thermostat. After going over all the components several times and standing beside the furnace in frustration trying to figure out what the problem could be, thinking I had misdiagnosed the problem, the furnace fired up. It has been working without fail for about two months now. ???
