Where's the Band?, April 1, 2009

I was recently hired as a drummer to perform this musical. I purchased this sound track to get a good grip on the 'feel' for this show.
The product description does not make this obvious: There's no band/orchestra in this recording! It's just piano and vocals. I feel that I've wasted my money on the full price for only half of what should be going on in the pit.

Honk is a wonderful musical and I would recommend it. These recordings do not do it justice. Also, just so you know, the samples on amazon are not right. The songs don't match up.
