Product Description

The Speed Strap provides the mount for all Honl Photo Speed System attachments.  Put an end to rubber bands, tape or sticky residue from gluing velcro to your expensive strobes. The Speed Strap fits any shoe-mount flash unit, attaches and removes in seconds, and provides a large wraparound surface area to quickly attach Speed Grids, Speed Gobos, Speed Snoots or Honl Gels. It’s non-slip, so it won’t budge when attached.

This strap also works with Lumiquest and other light modifiers that attach with Velcro. Daniel G. Lebryk  |  13 reviewers made a similar statement

5.0 out of 5 stars Great, fast, worth it! September 16, 2008

I love the HonlPhoto system of light modifiers, and this is the base of that. The speed strap really lives up to its name...once it's attached to a flash, you can quickly and easily switch between snoots, grigs, gobos, and gels...in a flash (pun intended).

While some think this is expensive, I will continue buying this and the rest of the HonlPhoto line, as it's all made very well, looks professional, and helps me work faster.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great accesory June 1, 2008
By Ińigo
It's a little bulkier than what i imagined at first, but thats no problem for me. It still does the job pretty well, and you don't need to have any Velcro glued to your strobe. Magic.

5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good... May 27, 2008

Been using these for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier. I whined a little when I bought them because ten bucks seems like a lot of money for a length of Velcro with some rubbery stuff on the back (and I'm, um, cheap...), but these have proved to be very, very durable. I have 2, for a pair of 580EX II's, and I leave them on all the time - they prevent scratches around the heads, too.

Highly recommeded.

Ok, so it's just a piece of Velcro. You'll see people complaining about the price, but I'm pretty sure this item was 50% more expensive a few months ago. Read more

Like most everyone, I had used tape to attach gels and other stuff to my flash. Until I found the strap and a Honl gel kit. This strap is a simple but well executed idea. Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Quality Piece
A simple idea that is well made. I have 2 of these and use on my Canon 580exii strobes. These last forever and are great mates for the Honl gels.

5.0 out of 5 stars Quick Delivery
I received the Honl strap quickly and with no issues. I keep four Honl straps on four Sb-800's to accept Honl accessories and Honl colored filters. It works well for me.
