For those who grew up knowing Honolulu before the Islands became a state, this is a walk back to a time, when one could walk the rim of Punch bowl crater and actually have an unbroken view of the beach from Diamond Head to Pearl Harbor. When the state could still stand on it's own financial feet, without tourism. A Time when Paradise was just that!
