i spent hours [literally] culling through the music on amazon and listening to samples in search of quality yoga/meditation/all around zen style music. i'm incredibly picky and won't purchase a cd that has multiple tracks that sound exactly the same, or that are 'typical mainstream' new age. this cd is not typical carbon copy humdrum by any means. it's gorgeous and every track resonates. i came home from work -furious- one day, put this on while i made some cupcakes and i felt completely at peace by the time it was over. i just listened to the meditation for the first time this past weekend, and will be looking to find other meditations by him - i'm not a fan of recorded meditations but the quality of his voice, the pace of his guidance, and the theme of honoring made it a wonderful meditation to have about oneself.

This is the CD I go to time, and time again as it is my favorite de-stressing CD. I have owned this CD since probably 2003. Have it on the iPod, and iPad. I find it very blissful, very relaxing. I suggest you listen to some samples. I like pretty much the whole album. Play it with earbuds where you won't be distracted.~:-)

I'm just an addict of mood altering/yoga music and had to get this cd. It is a complilation of various artists work, most of which I have on other cd's--which means I like it. I gave it 4/5 stars because a lot of it is repeat music for me, not because there is anything wrong with it.
