About the Author

Kristen Heitzmann was an English major at the University of Colorado, and she later took classes at the Milton Center of Kansas Newman University. These courses as well as time spent teaching and reading with her daughter sparked her interest inreturning to writing. Kristen was raised on five acres of ponderosa pines at the base of the Rocky Mountains. This idyllic childhood home inspired the setting and history for Honor's Pledge, the first book in her new series, ROCKY MOUNTAIN LEGACY. I just wanted to say that I love this series! It has quickly become a favorite of mine and I hope you will continue writing on Abbie's story! I can hardly wait for HONOR'S REWARD to come to one of our local bookstores. I couldn't even put the books down because they made me want to know what would happen next. Thank you for writng such wonderful books!

Can Abbie have to face much more? Will being once again being bound by honor bring Abbie pain, or could it finally bring happiness? Cole Jasper steps back into Abbie's life in the fourth of this Rocky Mountain Legacy series that keeps you guessing and fills you with surprises. Kristen Heitzman does another excellent job of teaching us about faith, trust and yes, honor!

Each of the books in this series is awsome! I must admit during one of the earlier volumes, I had to put it down as I could not handle any more losses by Abbie. What I realized was that when I cannot put the trials of life away, the Lord as ever faithful, just as He is to the characters in the Rocky Mountain series. Kristen has a remarkable talent for writing. Thanks, Kristen, for sharing your gift with us!
