Mr. Criminal is back and he drops another sick compilation. Criminal has taken over the game in my opinion. He is unmatched in the quality of the quanity of cds he's put out since 2001. This rapper has only been putting out cds for 7 years (counting the years he's actually released albums,2001,2004-2009)but he's already surpassed other so called gangsta' rappers. The endless supply of quality beats and verses that he's able to come up with and drop is unmatched too. He hasn't put out a waek album yet.
I'm not in a gang and I don't bang or anything but I love violent music and it doesn't get much more real than this type of music, because bangin' isn't a joke. Life in prison or getting killed isn't a joke either and the way Criminal and the other HPG's tell their story brings an interesting point of view, since it's coming from a Latino point of view. What I love about Criminal and the other HPG's is how they give the fan what they want each time but they do it without sounding rehashed, which for Gangsta' Rap is a hard feat to accomplish. There's some new voices on this compilation compared to the other ones but most hold their own with no problem. The 10 minute track "All The Homies Roll Deep" is another classick HPG Roll Call song. Even though the song is 10 minutes long, it keep your head bobbing the entire time.
If your a Criminal fan or a HPG fan, don't hesitate to get this one. It's another Criminal classick!
