As a middle age white man growing fat, I had little interest in rap or hip-hop. Until I pimped out my truck stereo with a "Thunder" package! Then all those obscure rap and hip-hop tunes on pawnshop iPods just came ALIVE and I infuriated other drivers on the road, always on their cell phones! I LOVE IT!The song: 'Hood Figga' by Gorilla Zoe is the sonic test of the word's most pimped out car stereos! Either on headphones or an average home stereo, the bass notes on this song are far too deep to be even heard. But in a properly pimped-out auto audio rig, it will shake the rear view mirror, vibrate the car roof an inch and make you feel "Get Down" and FUNKY! And the lyrics! Zoe lets all know, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that HE is the King of the Hood! |
