I have been obsessed with my weight for most of my life, fortunately I am not overweight but at times I do need to control my eating and find this product to suppress my appetite and make me almost apathetic about what I eat-which is great if you love food! I can't say I've lost weight, but this is definitely a "must have" for me when I feel my clothes getting tight and I know I've gained some pounds. Everyone is different, but I really like this Hoodia pill.

I found this product to be a complete waste of time - did not do what it said on the tin. Don't waste your money.
