I really like this diet pill...I mean I have tried quite a few kinds and this is the only one were it hasn't made me feel nauseated or fiant, that and it doesn't make you feel like your hearts' about pop out of your chest! It is relaxing actually and makes you feel better. And yes it works!! It does give you energy and it does help you lose weight. I have been trying diet pills since I was 16 yrs. old and this one is the best.. Remember that every person has a different body type, and this might work for someone else and not for you and vise versa. I like this one becuase it doesn't have caffine and a bunch of other stuff that jack up your body. It is natural and not addictive.

Well, with this product, you will feel no hunger. Futher, there is no feeling of being "spaced out" or being high. Of course, you could still eat poor quality food and gain weight, that part is up to you. But if you are willing to cut down, this will be a big help to you.

This product is wonderful. I am using it in conjunction with a change in diet and exercise. I have found that I don't get hunger cravings as I have on past diets. I actually am eating less since beginning use because I get full only half way through an average sized meal. I would recommend this product to anyone with food addiction and who get constant cravings. It has really helped me lose 50 lbs in 5 months!

This product has helped me a lot but not before I learned a lesson. My first try was not too successfull. I finally read the label carefully and started to use it EXACTLY as recommended, namely 20-30 minutes prior to sending anything else, including coffee, to my stomach in the morning. The effect was nearly immediate, it really did curb my appetite. I am a very heavy riser and pretty much dysfunctional before shower and coffee, so to make sure I don't forget to take it, I'd put 2 pills on my bedside table with a glass of water. Just be sure to put the glass in a place where you won't knock it down when reaching to kill the darn alarm, AND, just in case, I kept the bottle right next to my espresso machine, actually, right in front of it so I'd have to move it before placing the cup. Then I'd postpone my coffee at least until I get in the car no matter how hard it was for me, I am a coffee junkee.

I purchased this product after reading one review by a person stating he lost 50 pounds and how great this product is. I didn't notice any difference, I still was hungry. I purchased a Hoodia product many years ago and if I could find that product I would purchase. I would take and forget about eating all day. It was amazing. it's diffently not this product.

I made a mistake when I decided to try a different hoodia product. This product had zero effect on me except to drain my bank account because they would not accept a refund. I dont think this is real hoodia. I will not make this mistake again.

I've tried this hoodia product as well as Hoodia P57. They both worked for me although this one took a lot longer to kick in and did not work quite as well as the P57 but still not bad at all. I had to take this product about 2 weeks before I noticed any changes in my appetite or cravings. After that it worked well.
