I bought some a couple of years ago from South Africa that was the genuine product. Even though this Hoodia did somewhat curb my appetite, it is no comparison to the real McCoy. If it doesn't contain a certificate of authenticity, it is probably grown in China. This bottle had no such certification.

Not for me anyway. I need a very strong appetite surpressant. I've tried other Hoodia products in the past and they didn't help me either.
