I ordered a welding hood approx.3 weeks later it arrived and I opened the box to find the shell with the head band attached good so far then there was a clear plastic bag with the auto darkening lense and a clear lense and a card with instructions on assembly.there were retaining parts missing so helmet can not be put together.I contacted the company and was told the helmet should have been fully assembled.after contacting the company again and them not knowing what card I was talking about I gave them the #`s on the inst.card and they e-mailed me that they would send the requested parts.STILL WAITING.but then its only been another week
