I bought Hooked on Classics, Hooked on Classics 2, 3 and Hooked on Baroque. Just excellent. I heard the first three long time ago, when I was 11 years old and impressed me. It was so great when I found them on Amazon. You learn a lot by listening the most outstanding parts of each classic. And you get used to the "beat" on the background.

Had this in cassette when it first came out enjoyed it then and am enjoying it now. It's familiar parts of classical music put to a "beat". Used this CD to introduce my grandchild to classical music and teaching him to identify different instruments. It has waltzes but my favorites are the Sousa marches. It's "happy"music.

I have the record of Hooked On Classics 2 and have played it many times. I enjoy the up-beat music anytime of the year but it is particularly good this time of year as it helps fight the winter blues. Highly recommend this DVD as well as Hooked on Classics 1 and Hooked on Classics 3.
