4.0 out of 5 stars Good as a wrap-up!, October 14, 2000

This review is from: Hooked on the Newbery Award Winners!: 75 Wordsearch Puzzles Based on the Newbery Gold Medal Books (Paperback)
I am a 7th grade teacher, and I am presently having my students complete a Newbery Award title. At the end of the book project, I will hand out their word finds and have them switch with one person in the class. I'm hoping this will create more dialogue in addition to the project's requirements. The word finds contain each Newbery Award-winning title up to 1997. The newest titles are out-of-luck, so for extra credit, I will ask those students to submit a word find for their title. The book needs to be updated, this is why I give it a rating of 4 stars.
