Hooked on Phonics Kindergarten Super Workbook

I bought this workbook for my 5 yr. old daughter. I felt that she needed some reinforcement over the summer months. She found the workbook fun which was great. Fun while you learn. I highly recommend this product.

Unlike the other reviewer, I received my copy of the book just fine. My daughter loves the stickers and charts that come with the work book and I love them because they keep her motivated to continue working through the book. We have the entire learn to read system and we also use these workbooks.

My daughter has an excellent teacher at school but due to budget cuts in her school system they use photocopies of workbooks and homework pages. Although the material is good, it's not stimulating. The colorful characters, stickers and all combine to keep my daughter excited about learning. These are also a great way to keep your child up to date during the summer. Highly recommend.

My 4 1/2 year old would rather sit down with a workbook than to play with her toys. She loves workbooks. This one was especially great because there are 5 different sections of learning so it isn't the same type of thing page after page. My daughter has completed this one and we have moved on to the First Grade edition. It is a great buy!

My daughter just turned 6 and has entered kindergarten. She enjoys this book very much. You have to be a big part of the activities. Have patience!

My son did every page as a 5 yearold. He thought it was great.

I home school my daughters. my 5 year old finished her language arts work in the first semster i got this book to supplement her work. it is a very good book for parents to use to supplement other work. it is not the only book/materials they need to teach beginning words, but it is a very good tool. plus my daughter loved it!

This workbook is a perfect summer tool! It is not too hard or too easy so it keeps my kids interested and excited.

The progress charts and stickers are a great feature of this book. My pre-k son finished this book the year before kindergarten. It is a little too easy for kids already in kinder though.

I bought this for my 5-yr-old son as the continue after kindergarten edition. My son likes it, but I was a little bit dissapointed because it didn't have the CD-Rom game as in kindergarten edition which helps to keep his interest and review what he had learned.

In general it is good.

nice book with nice color pictures. Most activities, I can just tell her the directions and she can do it by herself - she likes to be independent. Large book, worth the money. I would buy again.
