I've been fiddling with this hoop for several days now. The instructions aren't terribly clear, it appears you can only use self-adhesive backing, and since there is no top hoop, the fabric is pretty much free to move around and not be held down.
It would probably be best to figure out how to hoop a hat with a traditional hoop instead. |
