These are nice-looking earrings of unique design, but they are a bit flimsy, especially the wire hoops. Although they may be "gold plated," they still leave my ears a bit sore at the end of the day -- I'm sensitive enough that gold, silver, or hypoallergenic hoops are the only things I can wear for several hours with complete comfort. Given the price once postage is added, they are quite a bit more expensive than other earrings I've bought on amazon that I like better. Still, I'll keep them as I like the design and they do look nice on.
