Great for kids!
I purchased this book for my niece for her 11th birthday to go with an adult sized hoop. The book was very kid friendly while still containing much of the same information as the adult hooping books. It had a brief history of the hula hoop, tricks, and journal pages. Best of all my niece loved it and it got her using her new hoop immmediately.

Hoopster
The book is charged at $23 used and yet the price on the book is $5.99!!!! A small paperback book is not worth that and I wonder what the deal is. The info in book is fine but not worth the money.
