2 replacement vacuum belts for use with Windtunnel self propelled Hoover vacuums / Flat Drive Belt
Important Information
Directions
To replace flat belt:
- Disconnect cleaner from electrical outlet.
- Remove bottom plate:
Place handle in low position and turn cleaner over so bottom side is up. Remove the 4 screws with a Phillips screw driver. Lift off bottom plate. - Remove belt:
Flat belt operates the self-propel features and indirectly drives the brush roll. Remove used belt from large pulley and discard. - Position back of belt:
With lettering on outside of belt, slide new belt over motor shaft. - Position front of belt:
Place other end of belt over large pulley while rolling the pulley in the direction shown. - Replace bottom plate:
Reposition bottom plate and 4 Phillips head screws. Tighten screws securely.

It probably depends on the vendor. My order was placed with B&M Housewares, an Amazon Marketplace seller. I ordered the V-Belt for the agitator from them as well. The items were received on time, however, they were not genuine Hoover belts as pictured. They did fit and I didn't have any problems installing them. Only time will tell if they perform as well as the genuine belts.

I just bought a belt for my windtunnel at Sears for $5. I bought 4 of these belts for less than $5. I can't see a difference although the Sears belt has a Hoover brand bag and claims to be ultradurable on the packaging. My guess is these are just as good but 75% cheaper

Original Hoover product arrived quickly and exactly as advertised. Belt fit perfectly and my Hoover picked up where it had previously left off. This is a good product because it is Hoover, and the belts are labeled as such. Good price. Quick delivery.
