GREAT CLEANER
USED IT WITH MY NEW HOOVER STEAM CLEANER AND I ASSUME IT HELPED WITH A FEW HARD SPOTS TO CLEAN.YOU SPRAY OT ON THEN RUN YOUR STEAM VAC OVER IT .IT HELPED GET MY 10 YEAR OLD BERBER CARPETS (NEVER CLEANED) LOOKING LIKE BRAND NEW

No spray top
This item does not come with the spray top, and it is not called Spot-and-Clean Stain Cleaner. What I received might be the same stuff with a different label, but it is not what is shown. I emailed the company but got no response.

I have bought this cleaner several times and I really like it for the carpet and it cleans my colored grout too. I have never had a problem with Amazon replacing anything that there was a problem with. If there is a problem you have to let them know as they can not ready our minds, orrrrrrrrr can they???? :)They are more than fair and bend over backward to make the customer happy. mew

The first time it came, the bottle was empty and we returned it back. They said they were going to send a new one, it's been a month, we never received anything...
