Totally agree with other reviewer... the product was dirty, batteries had leaked and the feed tube was clogged. They must have found these way deep back somewhere in a crappy warehouse. I don't know if it was the seller "Amazing Deals Online" or the shipper... Amazon, but come on guys... this is ridiculous...

I gave it two stars because the actual liquid inside is good.

Rather than deal with return shipping, I decided to see if I could fix it, and I did. For the benefit of anyone else who wound up with these things....

Pull out the old leaked batteries and scrape off the residue to get to the bare metal on the battery contacts.
Put in new batteries.
Remove the top to get to the feed tube.
Soak the feed tube in warm water for a while then try spraying. If you still get noise but no spray.... You can try using a needle to clean the pickup tube or you can force liquid through under pressure.

Once it was working, the spray worked great and the carpets are now protected. Still like I said, you SHOULD NOT have to go through this.

The sprayer arrived with leaked battery inside. After I cleaned the battery compartment and replaced the batteries, the sprayer would turn on, but no liquid would come out. The product itself arrived in dirty packaging: as if it was old. Wasted my time and money.
