This is my second Floormate - I wouldn't be able to get along without it! I have read reviews saying that it leaves a film on the floor, but never in the entire time that I have used this machine has that been the case. I always use the Hoover brand cleaner, and my floors shine and smell very fresh. There is a little learning curve to this machine, but once you get the "hang of it", it is a wonderful machine! Part of the trick is to not try to work with a very large area - just about 3' x 12" or so - scrub then suck up the water. Beats the heck out of traditional mops and then having to dry the floor after....this machine is the best!

I've had this floor cleaner for well over 5 years. It has kept my tile floors looking great. It is easy to use, washes and leaves tiles almost dry. Makes cleaning floors much easier, faster and better for my back and knees.
