This vaccum has a very cheap plastic nozzle and is severly under powered. It would probably work for you if you lived in closet, else get a more robust Hoover model. It was returned.

It does pick up well, but the bags are small and have to change often. the onboard tools are never onboard- they always fall off. We use this in our RV so it does okay, but I would never use this as my house vacuum

Vacuum nozzle is cheap plastic and scratches hardwood floors.

I have this model and it is the bane of my existence. It's true it is relatively quiet, but that's because it doesn't work. It has the power of an asthmatic mouse. Hoover is a great brand, and one that can be trusted. but this vacuum is wretched. I just think that this is their Edsel.

I decided on this vacuum because of the price, and for its features- I am not disappointed!
The suction power is amazing, and it can be adjusted as needed. The vacuum is pretty quiet, and very easy to move around.
The hose is flexible and easy to manuever around furniture and on the stairs, and I like the "feel", or "weight" of it- very comfortable.
My husband was surprised and impressed with the quality-especially considering the price.
We were using an upright before, but this is so much nicer to use, and does a better job for our needs.

With this Vacuum it is easy to clean the entire House. The long cord lets me go from Room to Room without having to unplug. And what I really like with this , that its quiet . Not as noisey as regular vacuums are . And Steps are easy to clean with this too. Overall I like it a lot.

I replaced this Hoover Canister Vacuum cleaner.(S3510) for the older Hoover I had, The older model canister was over 40 years old and was still in running condtion. but it was too heavy for these ol'bones. This new model (S3510) is so much lighter and very easy to use, It does a good vacuum cleaning,it serves my needs, I am very pleased. I couldn't pass up the offer made by Amazon, it was truly a good bargain.

The Hoover S3510 is one of the worst purchases I have made in years. Although it is inexpensive compared to some other vacuums, it is still a waste of money. It has almost no suction power at all. It barely cleans bare floors, and does not work on rugs at all. It has cheap cheap cheap plastic parts. The chord holder is stupidly designed, and hardly holds the wound-up chord in place. The only thing good about this vacuum is that it is relatively quiet

Found that vacuum was very cheep , had very poor suction and had a flaw design ,it leaks suction out through the lid and there is not all that much to begin with. Did not like vacuum at all. Infact I sent it back and choose another vacuum.
