Received as promised. No need to contact company. Filter was a perfect fit. I would purchase this product again. I don't understand why I need to keep writing about this filter.

The credibility of this product was compromised greatly as it was delivered with two other related items which were not as described and came as loose items instead of properly product packaged as pictured on amazon. Additionally the product quality of those items were far inferior to the originals. However, I can see that this item IS shown as a loose item. Just that when it arrived in such a careless thoughtless fashion, one tends to question it's credibility.

It looks like a cut out one can procure from the appropriate hardware store. Simply bring your old filter along to Bunnings for a material match and replace it yourself.

To pay for this little piece of cut out - cost plus shipping is a bit rich - if you live outside the US.

Couldn't find this filter at my local stores (Walmart, Target, etc.). The low price and free shipping was a great find, plus it contained 2 filters. I would order again from this seller.
