The warm-hearted evangelist has given us a pleasant little book of thoughts which often encourage and sometimes challenge the reader toward a better devotion to God the Father. Being a book lover, I was attracted to the page designs, the nature photos, and the padded cover; but as a reader, I could have consumed the whole book in an hour. I don't think these kind of short, pretty books make the best daily devotionals, but as gifts or as a workday break to spur your thoughts toward heaven, Hope for Each Day is probably one of the best.

My "Hope" book gives me a special "daily treat." My daily devotions include reading a chapter of the Bible and then reading one page of my "Hope," book, as well as another daily devotional that I have by Dr. Tony Evans, and Billy Graham always teaches me something, or inspires me, or leads me to a closer relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Reading "Hope" also gives me a connection with other Christians, as I think of us all reading the same passage on a particular day. I am very thankful for the Graham family, and I'd recommend this book to everyone, Christian and non-Christian. It is a great gift idea, and if you are not a Christian, it gives great insight into Christian spirituality and teachings.

This will get you started each morning(or night), it will get you into the word of jesus Christ, and you will be blessed from the wisdom and annointing of Billy Graham.

I loved the daily readings. My church has been going through some very difficult times. The readings had divine timing for helping me deal with discouragment, and and realizing that God was indeed still in control.

I gave a copy to a friend who is a new Christian, who was going through some deep personnal valleys. So many days, the readings were so applicable for the situations in her life.

Not a deep theological read, but so relivant for our daily lives.

May God use these daily selections to encourage you and give you hope. May they also challenge you both to live more fully for Christ each day and to trust His great love - no matter what comes your way.

I wanted to get this book because I saw my room mate had it and reading through a few pages convinced me to get this book because not only does this book give a daily spiritual reading for one's life, it also allows one to journel your thoughts at the bottom of each daily page.
I read and journal into this book daily and find it to have a very Spiritually enlightening daily meaning through-out my day.

I bought this devotional at least 3 years ago, and I find myself making it a vital part of my morning's devotion time, along with the year's Our Daily Bread, to get my day going right. Each year I think I'm going to try another book, but I just keep coming back to this one. Many mornings I am convicted to share the day's reading with my co-workers, and I'll take it to work and type out the entire reading and send via Intra-mail to all staff...truly Holy Spirit-inspired.

I purchased this book about 2 years ago and it is one of the best daily reading books that I have read. Since then, I have given this book to friends who are mourning a loved one, birthdays, Christmas and just because. Each day's reading is a life long gift and it helps me to begin each day with knowing that I am a child of the Kingdom. I pray that others will be blessed with this book as much as I am blessed.

This simple, daily devotional by Billy Graham is easy to follow and a good way to spend time with God each day. It is appropriate for individuals and families.

It a busy world of technology people spend little time in reading books. This book give a brief but deep insight into the love of God and His Son, Jesus. For anxious moments and times of sadness, Hope for Each Day brings and inner peace and an opportunity to exercise our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who sacrificed so much for us. WE must learn to live, share and care for one another. For Christ from the Cross said, "Father forgive them, for they know not what they have done! This book truly gives us Hope for Each Day.
