I received one of these recently and the first thing that struck me was the quality of the box, no cheap thin wood here. This is made out of nice solid wood panels. The tray and box fit well together and are both good quality. The included brushes and cleaning rod seems to be of decent quality. Though the bottles for lubricant and hops #9 solvent are small, replacements for these can be easily obtained. If you are looking for a box which has extra room for other items you might want to add later, this is a good one for that purpose. The box itself should last quite a long time and will keep your supplies well contained.

The only real disappointment for me was the bore light. It is amazingly low quality. I couldn't even get batteries to properly seat inside the light housing and so could not get it working. I just threw it out and saved the end-cap, I plan to obtain a real bore light elsewhere. I don't believe I have ever seen a lower quality flashlight than the one in this kit. Otherwise this is a nice box of basic supplies (if a tad pricey).

i was not happy to find out the kit did not include a 9mm bore brush.
perhaps the listing should have been more detailed to show what is actually included.
other than that its a nice box so when you buy additional stuff there is plenty room for that also.
