Amazon Verified Purchase
When I received the Hoppe's Cleaning Kit, I opened the box and found that half of the 2 oz. bottle of Hoppe's No. 9 solvent had leaked out in the box. I was going to return the kit to Amazon, but they state it cannot be returned. "For safety reasons, items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to Amazon.com."

The kit has everything you need to start cleaning. It comes with a 3-piece rod, a brush that attaches to the rod, a 'cloth holder' that attches to the rod, an adapter to connect the previous tow pieces to the rod, one bottle of Hoppe's 9 oil, one bottle of Hoppe's 9 lubricant, and a box of patches.
All of this comes in a plastic carrying box. The box itself is cheap and the rods roll around in it even though theres a plastic holder inside.

I purchased this product a few days ago and there are multiple problems with it. First off my order was 2 days late, second both of the tabs that hold the box closed are broken, third one of the attachments is broken. It only comes with a brush and swab (on mine the swab is broken). I would not recommend buying it. Buy the Outers Kit instead, it is cheaper and comes with more attachments. It is also non returnable on amazon so now I'm stuck with a pretty much useless cleaning kit.

This will not clean your barrel!

Great for the price.
This is a great basic cleaning kit. The included sollutions are very good quality. You can keep your shotgun very clean for years with this.

Hoppes Shotgun Cleaning Kit
Nice little plastic carrying case; they included a bottle of #9 which I was not expecting so I am really pleased. Lots of patches and the rod fits just fine. Great deal!
