The rod seemed like a good rod but arrived bent due to the flimsy Amazon box, so I only rated it with 3 stars.
The rod is 34" long plus the handle totaling to 36" long (would be nice if they included this info in product description).
It's going back to Amazon and hopefully they will get it right.

Don't really understand why they would ship this product in such a flimsy box when they know how bad UPS treats packages.

I have been using single piece and multi piece cleaning rods for many years now. I have used more expensive brands prior to this purchase as well as some extremely poor models. Hoppes hold up to their name and produces a light weight yet stong single piece cleaning rod. I use this in multiple rifle calibers and shotguns.

If you care about your bore, you will "invest" in a single piece cleaning rod. Perfect for an SKS or shotgun. A little long for a standard length AR or AK, but its a very minor complaint.
