This review is from: Horizon Evolve Compact Treadmill (Sports)
i have been delighted by the item i received. it does not make to much noise, and is extremely compact (it defenitely fit under your bed). everything went smoothly, the delivery contact me to set up a day where i would be here to pick up the item). however, if you weight 200 pounds this item may feel very fragile, and i would not recommand it to you (even if the limit is fixed at 250 pounds). to summaryze great item for light [people like me and my wife and if you do not have much room.

Pretty light and very serviceable treadmill. It's actually light enough so we can fold it up and roll it against the wall when we have company in the guest room. The platform isn't huge, but it actually works fine. We've had it for a year or so, use it several times per week, and it's been flawless.

nice treadmill, but too small for most adults,

I'm 6' tall and this treadmill was slightly too narrow and short for my stride. The reading rack is perfect for holding my iPad for streaming Netflix, but becomes dangerous when I'm constantly looking to make sure that I don't fall off the belt. However, jogging or fast walking is excellent since the slower pace allows me to relatively safely surf the web and watch streaming video. The other small issue is that the heartbeat monitor is on the control board where you have to hold your thumb steady to read the heartbeat. My preference is to have it on the handle/towel bar to help me safely hold steady. Strongly recommended if you are shorter than 6' or have limited space for a full size (22x60) treadmill. |
