The FREE amazon delivery of the treadmill came faster than usual; the shipping company called me to schedule a time for delivery to my house. They sent two guys and they brought it in all the way downstairs to my basement. This "free" service is outstanding. I read other reviews and people suggested you to open the box WHERE you intend to assemble it, so I followed through. I assemble it myself so it took longer than I could if I had an assistant. After lubricating the tread belt with the supplied silicone, I started running on the machine right away. I have been running about 12 miles on it so far (4 sessions of about 30 minutes each) and I cannot find any fault with the machine. It's quiet, stable and functional. I think the central bar chart LEDs are not as useful to people like me who find the two built-in programs too slow and need to set our own speed manually. Because this machine does not (seem to) allow users to program their own exercise programs, my console LEDs stay unchanged throughout the 30 minutes but that's not a problem. I think this machine is a good buy! I hope it last long!

A few summary notes for people who wishes to get theirs:
1. Open the box and assemble it where you intend to install it;
2. Have an assistant will speed up the installation process;
3. When loosening the tread belt to lube, make sure you remember how many times you turned the Hex Screws on BOTH ends so you can return the machine to factory settings.
4. Do NOT tighten screws until you have the whole thing assembled; completely tightening the lower screws on the base during the assembly makes assembling the control console much harder.

Delivery was fairly quick, and shipping company called and gave the earliest date available for delivery, or I could pick a date anytime after.

The package is very heavy. I had the delivery guy put in my garage and then I moved it in my 'basement' on same level. If you have to go up or down a flight of stairs, be prepared to have an assistant. Assembly was quick, only 4 fairly easy steps, and all the tools were provided. The instructions were very well written, it was a breeze for me. Just a suggestion, also in the manual, they suggest not opening box until you get it where you want. The reason being is when you open the box, the feet on the treadmill automatically pop up. I did not do this because it was just me, and I wanted to lighten the load as much as possible, and I had to work my way around a door way, not a huge issue. The treadmill has wheels on the bottom to make I easier to move around. I bought a treadmill may to protect carpet.

Using the treadmill has been great so far. The treadmill is a lot more substantial than I expected for the price. Speakers are fairly loud, it comes with a cable for my iPhone, one end into iPhone and the other end goes into input on the treadmill controls. I have not checked out all the options, but it does incline, multiple speeds, etc.

I have been really happy so far, a great value, easy to assemble, a great experience overall.

I went through multiple review forums looking for a treadmill under $700 and finally settled on this. I'm really happy with my choice. You basically get all you need from this treadmill. I don't notice any difference from the one sitting in the gym regarding performance. I ran on the treadmill for a few times at 6.5. It was doing great.

Pros:
1: very very stable, no shaking at all. The frame is very solid and heavy
2: Easy to move (there are four wheels)
3: folding option(when folding down, it goes very slowly and gently to prevent injuries)
4: it's that simple, hit start, adjust the elevate on the left, adjust the speed from 0.5 to 10 on the right, then you are on your way. of course, you can use the preset 9 programs.
5: speaker: hook your smart phone (don't have to be iphone) or any mp3 player, you listen to music while running
6: fan: the little fan on the console helps cool you down in hot summer
7: instruction is quite intuitive. Following the instruction, after 3 steps, better with an assistant (don't have to be a mussel man), then you are all set.
8: pretty quiet

cons:
1: the speaker is an OK speaker. the sound is lousy when adjusting volume to very high. but what do you expect at this price point
2: the instruction use the length of screws to illustrate. It would be more helpful if they can also refer the label on the plastic bag of the screws.
3: The borders of the console panel is made of very thin plastic

installation tips:
1: step one (8mm shortest screws 8 in a bag)
2: step two (20mm screws 4 each bag, 8 in total)
3: step three(15mm screws 4 a bag, 4 in total)
4: the largest screw driver is for lubricating the tension of the mat.
5: make sure to keep the lead wire which is for getting the power cord plugged into your console

About the white glove delivery experience:
1 My carrier is pilot.
2 Amazon sends you two emails: one for shipment confirmation; another for scheduling delivery. You can also call to schedule, otherwise they will call you.
3 It was great that two guys delivered to my basement. But they made it clear that they don't do unpacking.

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good treadmill at a reasonable price.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. The running deck is wide and has some cushion to it. She loves the fan and really likes the MP3 player hook up. I researched extensively as I do for most purchases and this is the best bang for your buck in the under $700 price point. I recommend this ! Great price for the features and warrant.

This treadmill is great. Not too difficult to assemble but it is quite large so assemble it where you are going to place it to be used. The only downside is the fan which does not really blow on you per se. Otherwise it is a very nice treadmill.

I purchased this treadmill after seeing the good reviews the previous model received. So i figured, the 2012 model should be a good buy since its newer. I assembled the treadmill pretty easily. Just attach one side screw it in, attach the other side and screw it in and place the board on top. Overall the treadmill was easy to assembly, although, it was freakishly heavy to lift. So to avoid injury, at least 2 people should assemble it.

Although, I've only barely used it twice since setting it up this past Saturday 14 and today is the 16th. I plan to use it 4-5 times a week. The times that I've used it have been flawless. I think the attaching your mp3 or ipod to the system to listen to the speakers on the treadmill is a pretty cool feature, but my preference is to have headphones attached. It's more comfortable for me.

The treadmill is fairly quite during its run. I've had no complaints from my wife who can be in the next room. She says she cant hear the machine on.

So all in all, I really like this product and would have given it 5 stars, but I've only had it for a week. I'll continue to use it and repost again in about a month to update my review. Hope this helps and for $599.00, it's a pretty good deal.

So far I'm very happy. I bought a sit/stand desk and put this treadmill underneath by not assembling the arms and laying the control panel against my computer on the floor. At my 1mph pace the treadmill is very quiet, not distracting at all and my clients cannot hear it when I'm on speaker phone.

After reviewing treadmills online for a few weeks, my wife and I chose this model. We loved the warranty that this model offers. The free shipping was a great addition to a pretty good price. The treadmill works great, and is super quiet! My wife loves it and walks every morning. I've used it for running a few times and it works great, (170#) had no problems. After reading a lot of reviews on Amazon for this model and comparable models, the buyers all said to have the delivery guys carry the treadmill into the room you were gonna use it, because it was very heavy. After purchasing, the treadmill arrived, and the box was in great shape. But the delivery guy said he couldn't come in our home. ?? So I had to leave work early, and contact a buddy to help carry it in from our snowy yard. I was a little disappointed. Once inside the treadmill set up was really easy and I was done in about 25 minutes. Overall I was happy with this purchase, just be ready, you might have to carry it in your house.

The unit meets our need for running and walking very well with no unnecessary fancy features. Incline of 10 seems not quite enough but looks like few models at this price range would go beyond that. The cushion feels good. One bonus feature is that the control panel can barely hold a tablet (samsung galaxy) so that you can watch videos in walking (but not running as it shakes too much).
The downside is the assembling experience. Somehow many screw holes on my unit were extremely tight so that it was impossible to get the job done with the included tools. I had to use my hex screw drivers instead. It was a pain of ass to have to wear off half of the thread on the screw in order to get it into the place. Not sure whether this is just for me. Otherwise, I would give this unit a rate of 5 star.
