If you want to understand balancing your hormones, then go to the source: Dr. John Lee's books are fantastic. I agree with another reviewer that this author just references what other authors have stated. The last part of the book has an expanded edition which, I felt, the author was only trying to make money by recommending things which are not proved. Then she tells you to go to her website where she tries to sell things. I'm sorry I bought this book and I'm sending it back.
