This box just arrived and I feel compelled to write a few words about it. When you first see it what really stands out is that it looks like an original piece and not a mass produced item. The box even has the smell of wood when you open it. Plenty of room for several boxes of ammo. The hinges are a gold color and seem reliable. Hornady makes some of the best ammo available, and this ammo box is a great way to store it.

The box arrived quickly and well packaged. Well made and holds a lot of ammo. Only problem with it is it needs some handles to carry it with. The top has hinges on the top so it would need a latch if handle was on top, but really just two wooden handles on each side of the body of the box would do the trick. Love the picture on top of box. Great buy but still needs handles.

Very well made and sturdy. Perfect for what it's designed for and decorative enough that it can sit out to be enjoyed. Would definitely recommend!

i gave this to my brother for his birthday, he had almost everything, after this he does.....when i saw it i was impressed with the quality of the wood, the art work that on it, along with a high quality brand name like Hornady,,over all a perfect gift..thank ya!!!
