3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, October 6, 2009
This review is from: The Horned God: Feminism and Men as Wounding and Healing (Paperback)
I actually found this book quite an interesting exploration of masculinity. I read it years ago and wrote down a few quotes from it.
Give it a read and see what you think.

1.0 out of 5 stars A depressed man confuses being male with being a jerk, December 18, 1997
By A Customer
This book is badly organized, poorly edited and illogically conceived. It follows the journey of a man who mistreated his wife because he never questioned the sex roles of western society. As his ideas change (and his wife leaves him) he moves from poor treatment of women to poor treatment of himself. He eventually despises his masculinity and loses contact with logical thought. He uses pagan religion and imagery as an excuse for this self persecution. In doing so he perpetuates the misinformed stereotyping of pagan beliefs as gender discriminatory. A must-miss.
