Some of Kenton's best, January 9, 2007

I have always said that the Kenton Mellophonimum band was some of Stan's very best, both recorded and in person. It was around for just 3 years but I believe it was the best of the Kenton sound. The Horns of plenty volumns 1,2 and 3 are must buys for Kenton and jazz fans. A bonus comes with each volumn. Each one comes with a DVD of Kenon's grand experment, "Neophonic Orchestra" Kenton was a true genius and intellectual. If you enjoy music with passion and energy get all three of the "Horns of Plenty."
