About the Author
As well as being a teacher, Leigh Hobbs is an artist, cartoonist, sculptor and painter. He specialises in larger than life figures both in print and in 3 dimensions, and Harriet is certainly one of these. He is the illustrator of Mr Knuckes by Mike Dumbleton (Allen & Unwin, 1993)
