This review is from: The Horse Breeding Farm (Hardcover)
This is a very good resource for people in the horse breeding business, or for those people who are thinking about being horse farmers. Not only is this book well-written, it is extremely clear and precise in its instructions and recommendations. It's topics range from a general overview of what a breeding ranch should consist of to a detailed play-by-play of a foaling. I highly recommend this book to all interested in horses and breeding. The only fault I find with it is its approval of the use of barbed wire as a fencing tool.
