great horse book for younger girls. If you haven't read the keystone stables series you will love it. If you have...don't be misled like I was..the first four book are the same book with a different cover..although cute and more modern...we ended up with the same book. after the fourth they are new, that is just a word of wise. IF you haven't read them, you'll love them

This was an amazing book. I love how Marsha refers to Bible and uses quotes about every day life. I also LOVE how she tells Skye's thoughts. Anybody who loves horses should read this book. I highly recomend this series.

My daughters owns all of this series in print, and I downloaded the free kindle copy just as backup.

Although these books are about horses, the people are the heart of the story. They are a very enjoyable read for your 10-14 year old. The message is solid without being preachy. Expect to buy more in this series, because once your daughter reads one she'll want to read them all.

This book is great for young ladies who love horses, having trouble in their life, or just love to read. I am a big horse fan and absolutely fell in love with the book. I can't wait to read the rest of the series. It was a mixture of emotions for me. Skye was one of those characters you want to reach out to yourself and help. The ending leaves you wanting more. For an young lady who wants to be a teacher or counselor, I suggest reading this book.

This is an amazing book. If you are tenage girl who loves God, horses, and little bit of mystery then you should definently read this book!

I read this with my 8 year old daughter.
It's a great story about a girl who grows up in a very bad situation, (and it does talk about some things, i.e. drugs, that are probably better for someone older than 8, but reading about it definitely encouraged good conversations about those things).
The story shows how God can work in a life to heal and change people.
If your child is a horse lover, it's a great book, but even if not, it's an inspiring story.
I would definitely recommend this book. I enjoyed it as much as my daughter!

This book is about Skye, a teen withs tons of problems in her life and is taken into tons of foster homes. It has Bible verses and everything through out the books. And it has encouragement and stuff. Keystone Stables is a wonderful book series filled with tons of fun adventures and struggles. Wonderful series. I love it! I can read one book in two days or less. I can't put the book down! I absolutely love this book series about horses.

i am a teacher and i was looking for something that my female students would enjoy. i was unprepared for the amount of importance that this book places on god and church. its a simple book that is an easy read for younger girls although i wont be recommending it in the classroom.

this is a great book! teaches a lot about love and compassion. not to mention the biblical side to it! u have to read it

I loved this book even though it was written for younger girls about 10yrs and up. I think it's worth reading. I recommend it to all adult horse lovers.
