Definatly A Five Star Book!,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: A Horse to Love (Library Binding)
A Horse To Love is a heart-warming story about the difference between dreams and reality. Erin is a 11-year-old girl who is a loner. All she wants is a horse to call her own, a horse that will love her, and become her best friend. But, when Erin finally does get a horse, she has no idea what she bargained for. Worst of all, Spindrift is a cranky, stubborn horse who doesn't seem to like Erin very much. Spindrift has actually made life worse for Erin, with the mean kids at school, and her parents always getting on to her case. But in the end, Spindrift is the one who helps Erin come out of her shell and face the real world.

This was a very cute story about a shy girl and a cranky horse. Both go through good and bad together and in the end they help eachother. I thought this story was well written, heart felt and had a strong plot and good ending with a decent balance of good and bad events throughout the story. Overall,I would reccomend this book for any girl who loves horses. It was a fun read and I will certainly look for more books by this author.
