Not only is this a huge and gorgeous puzzle, but it represents the 4 colors of horse, one for each of the sacred four directions, as are depicted in Black Elk's Vision. I reccommend also that you read "Black Elk Speaks"

This is an absolutely gorgeous puzzle. I've been wanting it for years and was finally able to get it. I was so excited that I found it and ordered it immediately. I opened it right away and my brother who is a puzzle geek tried to steal it away from me and put it together himself. I hate to say that as far as I got was the edge pieces and ONLY because it's actually a few inches larger than it's 24x33 inch measurement. I don't have an area large enough to put it together on. The puzzle is more around 26x36 inches. It is the only con with this puzzle. Anyway it's a beautiful puzzle and the pieces fit together great, just as long as you have somewhere large enough to put it together on.

This puzzle took me a week 2 do. Usually a puzzle of 1500 pieces takes me 3 days. Once you get the bright colors tooken care of you have the black pieces to worry about mainly the black horse part. My suggestion is to divide the pieces in top 4 piles, 4 piles consisting of the 4 different pieces (the way they are cut) and do processes of elimination, because once you see there is a pattern in the way the pieces go. It most diffently teaches you patience.

We love this product its fun for the whole family.My daughters an I had fun putting it together, If you like puzzles this is it.

Color quality was great and pieces fit together well, very enjoyable puzzle. It is a very big puzzle though, and we barely fit it on our kitchen table, so check the dimensions of your work space before you order a large puzzle like this.

we have not put this together yet but the box is even more beautiful in person than on the web,looks very difficult.not for beginners(yeah)
