The lamp was fine except it had one broken panel, probably happened during shipping. Although the company was taking care of the problem, they never notified me that they were. I contacted Amazon and then the company e-mailed me a rude note that they got my message. They still didn't tell me what they were going to do to rectify the situation. Finally, about a week later I received a new panel in the mail. They did take care of the problem but they were very rude.
