I have owned transformers of this type (typically used to plug a microphone with "XLR" plug into a guitar amplifier) of several brands, and this is the one that's held up the longest. Here's a hint: label it with your name and phone number - these things are so handy, they wind up "disappearing" when your equipment is mixed together with other peoples' :O
